Meet the staff

Stan Theofilaktidis began his IAM journey in 2005 as a member of IAM Local 2413 while working as an aircraft refueller with Consolidated Aviation (Allied) at Toronto Pearson International Airport. He quickly took on leadership roles, serving as a Shop Steward before being elected Secretary-Treasurer of Local 2413 in 2008.

In 2011, Stan joined the IAM Transportation District 140 Executive Board as the Central Region Service Member and later served as Vice-President of District 140. Throughout his career, he has been a strong advocate for IAM members, with extensive experience in union leadership, financial administration, and member representation.

Effective August 1, 2026, Stan has been appointed to the IAM International Auditor role, where he will help support financial stewardship and accountability across IAM locals and districts in Eastern Canada and Vermont.
