Meet the Staff

With more than 30 years of service to the IAM, Lou Pagrach has dedicated his career to representing and advocating for working people. His IAM journey began in 1995 as a Shop Steward, where he built a strong foundation in member representation and workplace advocacy.

In 2001, he became a Negotiating Representative, bringing his experience and commitment to the bargaining table. He later served as Vice- President and President of IAM Local 2323, continuing to provide leadership and support to members.

In 2011, Pagrach took on the role of General Chairperson, expanding his responsibilities in representing IAM members. In 2016, he became an International Representative, where he continues to use his decades of experience to strengthen the union and fight for workers’ rights.
