IAM Local 1922 Members Ratify New Three-Year Collective Agreement at UFCW National

IAM Local 1922 members at UFCW National (Clerical) have ratified a new three-year Collective Agreement, securing improvements that strengthen wages, benefits and working conditions for members.

The new agreement includes a wage increase in each year of the agreement, as well as improvements to vacation, health and welfare benefits, travel allowance language and other provisions.

The negotiations committee, Bessie Argyros-White and Tammy Cruikshank, played an important role in securing these improvements and remained strong and united throughout the bargaining process.

IAM International Representative Kim Valliere recognized the committee’s dedication, saying, “A special thank you to the committee who remained strong and united through the entire bargaining process.”

The successful ratification reflects the strength and solidarity of IAM Local 1922 members and the commitment of their negotiations committee to achieving meaningful improvements at the bargaining table.

Congratulations to the members of IAM Local 1922 on their new three-year Collective Agreement!
