IAM International Representative Éric Rancourt recently joined Hugo Girard on Sans Limite – Spécial Construction for an open and candid conversation about the world of work, skilled trades and the labour movement.
With nearly 30 years of experience in the workforce, Rancourt brings a unique perspective on the realities facing skilled trades workers, the aerospace industry and Québec’s workforce.
